This is the case of a 47-year-old woman who presented with pelvic pain. The patient’s surgical history included a laparoscopic myomectomy six years earlier. MRI showed the presence of a pelvic mass suggestive of a pedunculated myoma. In this video, the authors demonstrate the surgical management of parasitic myoma, a rare condition, as well as that of a hemorrhagic surgical complication.
