Laparoscopic left hepatectomy is a well-established approach in adults. However, its place in pediatric patients is not widely described. Despite technical complexity and smaller instruments, good results with similar benefits can be achieved. This is the case of a 15-month-old girl with an incidental finding of a hepatoblastoma in liver segment IV. After neoadjuvant chemotherapy with volumetric shrinking, a laparoscopic left hepatectomy was decided upon.
