Percutaneous treatment is a well-recognized treatment modality in the management of malignant biliary obstruction. This video demonstrates the steps of an EUS-guided biopsy of a pancreatic tumor in a patient who underwent a previous failure of endoscopic biliary drainage and placement of a duodenal uncovered stent. The second step of the procedure was a transhepatic percutaneous stenting of the malignant biliary stricture.
