We present the case of a female patient who had undergone a Nissen-Rossetti fundoplication for GERD and a redo procedure including Gore-Tex® mesh reinforcement for intrathoracic migration. She then presented with recurrent GERD, regurgitations, chest pain, and dysphagia due to a recurrent hiatal hernia and slipped fundoplication.
