Sacrocolpopexy is considered the gold standard in the treatment of pelvic organ prolapse (POP). The technique described may be an alternative to sacrocolpopexy, especially in patients with a difficult access to the promontory. It is indicated for cystocele associated with hysterocele and also for pure hysterocele. The technique is efficient in a uterus-conserving approach, reproducible, and safe.
