De Quervain's disease is a tendinitis of the abductor pollicis longus and extensor pollicis brevis tendons. Its treatment is most often medical (immobilization, infiltration) but sometimes surgical. One of the problems encountered is the subluxation of the tendons over the pulley. This video shows a novel technique to avoid this problem. This video was captured using the VITOM system from KARL STORZ.
