We present the case of a 36-year-old G3P3 woman. She presents with dysmenorrhea, chronic deep pelvic pain, dyspareunia, dyschezia, and constipation. The rectovaginal exam reveals a relatively fixed retroverted uterus. MRI shows an endometriotic nodule at the level of the torus uterinus that is attached to the anterior wall of the rectosigmoid junction.
