Dupuytren's disease, described in 1813 by Baron Dupuytren in his posthumous works, is a common disease in white people, causing a progressive retraction of the fingers. Today, surgical treatment is the simplest, most effective and least expensive type of treatment. It is nevertheless difficult and requires extreme surgical precision. This video was captured using the VITOM system from KARL STORZ.
