We present the case of a 53-year-old woman with pelvic pain and metrorrhagia. Ultrasound shows an 8cm left intraligamentous myoma that could hinder the development of the surgery. In this video, we demonstrate that a total laparoscopic hysterectomy can be performed without difficulty with a good knowledge of the anatomical landmarks and of the surgical technique.
