This is the case of a 23-year-old female patient 8 months after an uncomplicated pregnancy, with no medical or surgical history. She has been admitted to the emergency care unit for abdominal pain in the right hypochondrium and epigastrium associated with nausea. This video shows a peroperative ERCP for common bile duct stones detected during laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
