Midgut malrotation is an anomaly of intestinal rotation that occurs during fetal development and usually presents in the neonatal period. In this lecture, Dr. Steven Rothenberg presents the laparoscopic treatment of malrotation and small bowel volvulus presenting the Ladd procedure.
