Laparoscopic herniorrhaphy in pediatric surgery is usually performed through three ports in the abdominal wall with intraperitoneal suturing. The percutaneous internal ring suturing method seems to be a simple and effective minimally invasive procedure with excellent cosmetic results. In this key lecture, Dr. Patkowski describes the technique and associated results.
