This video shows the case of a 67-year-old patient with obstructive benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). The patient underwent extraperitoneal transbladder prostatic adenomectomy using HD-3D videolaparoscopy. The patient was discharged from hospital without catheter on the third postoperative day. At discharge, he presented with spontaneous urination, without any disturbance, with clear urine, without stress incontinence.
