In 2015, we described the LABEL technique as an adjunct to laparoscopic bile duct exploration, to help with the transcystic management of large stones and impacted stones, which are accountable for the failure of the technique. In the video, we describe 7 different scenarios of the use of the "LABEL" technique according to whether the scope used is 3mm or 5mm and whether the approach is transcystic, transcholedochotomy or transinfundibular (TIA), covering most of the potential cases that we can encounter.
