This video demonstrates the case of a 65-year-old woman presenting with post-menopausal bleeding and diagnosed with carcinosarcoma. We decided to perform a simple hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy. Because the specimen was difficult to extract, it was placed into a bag, morcellated, and removed through the vagina.
