Two weeks after a Laparoscopic Supracervical Hysterectomy (LSH), the patient presented a fistula between the bladder and the cervical canal. The surgery consists of defining the fistula, closing the fistula and extirpating the cervix. The patient had a Foley catheter for 4 weeks. No leakage was observed with a 6-month follow-up. The video shows the laparoscopic approach for the management of this rare complication.
