This is the case of a 41-year-old male patient with a pT1 G3 bladder cancer. The patient is prepared and draped in supine position with the legs abducted. He is then placed in a maximal Trendelenburg position. A urinary catheter is inserted. The ports are placed in a similar fashion as for the robotic-assisted laparoscopic prostatectomy (RALP).
