This video presents a case of a left adrenal mass involving the left diaphragm. The primary pathology was unclear and the surgeon elected to resect the mass en bloc with the segment of diaphragm attached to it. The defect in the left diaphragm is closed primarily after insertion of a small left chest tube. The eventual pathology was benign. But this is a good demonstration of a complex adrenal mass with dense adherence to the diaphragm.
