Multimedia Flash sequences

I cannot see the animated sequences in the chapters.

To view the interactive multimedia sequences on WebSurg, you must use the Macromedia Flash plug-in (Flash Player). To check if Flash is installed on your computer, click here.

I have downloaded Flash player, but it still does not work.
